The Vocal Quintet
Quintet were formed between 2006-07 in Wagga Wagga at Kooringal High School. It was a fun project where a group of keen music students got together for the HSC and tried to play with harmonies, tempo and experiment with the general potential of A Capella singing.
Members include myself, Jennifer Fitzgerald, Nicolle Webster, Joanna Kerr and Isobel Davies.
We performed at a fair few venues, many were for education week or were school related for awards ceremonies, and the official Performing Art Venue KHS received mid 2008. However we did get the opportunity to perform within the community at corporate Christmas parties, for the opening of businesses, for the conservatorium and at other events on a number of occasions. It was a lot of fun and we hope to continue playing around with this style of vocals in the future.
