What sort of camera do you use Rebecca? I’m still clinging on to my trusty old film SLR, but need to move into the digital world! (haven’t got the cash at the moment though!) Any suggestions?

These photos were all taken from different cameras, mostly Cannon film SLR’s and some were taken with my old pentax (again a film SLR). Right now I’m using a Cannon PowerShot S51S. It’s sort of the step below an SLR.(it has manual functions etc) Looks like that SX1IS. It was top of the line 4 years ago- its only an 8mega Pixel, but it does the job! I’ll admit i’m in the same boat as you where upgrading is pretty expensive but i’m due for a new camera!
I’d go with another Cannon- theres something about them i just like- it could be the interface design, or just that i’ve always felt i can rely on them.
